Return and Exchange policy

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will offer return or refund. Product (s) can be returned within the 3 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. We won’t be able to return a product if it’s not up to standard from inside after opening.

We are not responsible if you don’t like the product and want to return it, we won’t be able to return it until there is some quality issue.

At eKissan.com, we try our best to deliver you the fresh quality of products. It is important to know that fruit and vegetables are decomposable, natural product that will react to their immediate internal environment and external weather conditions.

Cancellation of any order

Orders can only be canceled before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel any order, please contact our customer service team on 0311-1786242 or customercare@ekissaan.com However, you can also cancel your order by clicking on my orders. Once you are in the order section click on the cancel button and your order will be cancelled.
